About Spiaggia di Cea
Cea beach (Spiaggia di Cea) is located on the south of Capo Bellavista between Tortoli and Bari Sardo. It is quite long – more than 1 kilometer – and its clear waters are shallow, with rocks gently polished by water and time. Cea beach is known for its characteristic red rocks (roccia rossa).
The rocks to the south, known as Punta Niedda, make a good snorkelling and diving spot. The surrounding water is home to several kinds of fish. Cea beach is backed by Mediterranean greenery, some picnic areas are scattered throughout. This beach is suitable for families with children, has a lively nightlife but can get quite crowded in August. Early birds will get a nice sunrise as a bonus.
